Strenuus, the maker of SiteAdvocate, is strongly committed to online privacy, and will not attach
personally identifiable information to usage statistics. Notification of site
availability will always be routed through Strenuus servers to ensure
confidentiality. At the heart of SiteAdvocate is functionality that allows
anonymous communication between a consumer and a web host, entirely at the
discretion of the consumer. The web host can know that a customer
experienced a problem, they can respond to it, but they will not know who the
customer is. SiteAdvocate is customer relationship management, in reverse.
Strenuus is a non-partisan, third-party advocate for the Internet consumer
community. While our client list includes many Internet companies, we provide
tools that will benefit the both the consumer and the web companies. We offer valuable tools and
information to the e-commerce community as a whole.
